How do I have a product or technical support question answered?
Input the model number of your tool in the "Search Box" located in the top left corner of the page. You will be taken to the product detail page of the model entered. If you cannot find the information you need, please contact us.

How do I register my tool with MichaelPro?

Can I return a shipment?
​Yes, products purchased online can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. See Also, Warranty and Returns.

 

What are our shipping rates and duration?
Charges are based on the weight of the products shipped. As you complete your checkout, a shipping charge will be displayed. Some shippable items may require special handling due to their size. Prices may vary by location and are based on the number of trips made to your location.

Please allow a processing time of 3 business days. Processing time will be longer during holiday seasons and/or peak periods.

 

What if my order is received wrong or defective?
An order from MichaelPro that is shipped in error or defective will be corrected upon notification by the customer. See Also, Warranty and Returns.
